On February 10, 2025, DI-EPAFI GRANUMUSE Single-Member Private Company (P.C.) was founded with the aim of significantly boosting the activities of freelancers and private individuals alike, particularly during off-hours. It is a fact that property owners—even through management companies—do not typically offer the option to rent out their premises for just a few hours at a low rate.
